As someone who orders plenty of pizza and dislikes writing bad reviews, this experience is not what i would call great. I called ahead for an order went to pick up my food and then paid. i stood in the lobby area for 10 minutes. The guy at the counter walked past me no less than 3 times, before i asked the lady how much longer it would be as it was past the 35 minute mark. This is not normal for Pizza shuttle as we have ordered from here plenty of times before. Once i asked the lady who was putting the pizza's in the box if mine was close to getting ready she asked my name, she went to the warmer tray grabbed the pizza that had been sitting on the warmer and was there when i walked in the do...

I hadn't had pizza shuttle since the 90's at KState. My sister told me we had one here and I went immediately. They have a walk in special 10 2 topping pizza or specialty pizza and drink for under 10 dollar. Got the bbq chicken pizza in a timely fashion. My sister was on the phone with them ordering take out while I was dinning in. By the time I was done they were finished with her order I went to move my car closer and 2 employees walked her order to my car. Very good customer service! Cant wait to go back. Don't trust them. I called to place an order and was told to come in person instead. I arrived half an hour before they were supposed to close, but they had already locked the door. However, I have to say, they do have the best late-night pizza in Kansas City. The prices are fantastic, so if you end up ordering too much, you'll have leftovers to handle your hangover.

You absolutely have to try the cheeseburger pizza—it’s like having a cheeseburger but in pizza form! Honestly, you can’t go wrong with any item on the menu. The dough is fantastic, and the pizzas are delicious. If you don’t have a tiny appetite, I recommend ordering one pizza per person. I definitely recommend this place! Reserva una mesa ahora

We were in search of a pizza spot to satisfy the kids, and we couldn't have been happier! This place offers fantastic pizza, delicious breadsticks, and a tasty dipping sauce. We will definitely return the next time we're in Kansas City!

Great pizza. The man working the counter needs a little customer service training. Asked me 3 times if I had an online order. Said yes each time and have order number. Not sure where the communication breakdown was

Please don’t come after 10pm customer services very rude understand it’s late night but you choose this position so pls just know no organization now good customer service skills

Good pizza for the price. I think what really made me happy was the little lakes of grease on top of the pizza when I opened the box. Took me back to college pizza. Reserva una mesa ahora
