The Artisan - Kitchen and Urban Garden

we always like to come to the craftsman. the service was always very friendly and eating was always excellent. the pommes praise themselves, of course also the vegan burger itself. very good is also the delicious sweet or the gnocchi. the music was often too loud, last Saturday, but pleasantly quiet and the Corona-related seating give even more warm and private sphere.

Sowohl das Essen war spitze, wie auch der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Selbst als es darum ging, dass wir uns wegen der späten Stunde und des Lärms ins Innere hätten begeben müssen und diesem Aufruf nicht gleich alle folgten, blieb das Personal nett und verständnisvoll. Ausserdem ist das Ambiente und die Einrichtung auch innen wunderbar. Gerne wieder!

Food is good but their service is lacking. Both times we went for brunch we had to wait up to 1 hr until the food was finally ready. Getting the attention of the waiters was hard and they kept forgetting to bring us water even after reminding them several times. Reserva una mesa ahora

Delicious food and great and nice employees. Unfortunately there was no more Chriesi Royal, that was a shame, but that happens. Just a note, the chicken burger came with a red sauce, which should also be on the menu stand so that you could reorder it.

My new favorite in Zurich, main reason: The team has understood how to make you feel perceived and comfortable as a guest. A noticeably serious philosophy à la “We share moments together” is far to be found these days. And the bacon strips are unique!

Great brunch spot! Love that they have a food waste reduction action. Really feel the appreciation the restaurant holds to food and the environment. All this while serving delicious food!
