The Atrium Steakhouse

A good range of the basics. Recent upgrades to the decor mean it's a lot nicer than it used to be. A bit more closed off from the hotel/club walkway then previous.Portion sizes are decent and prices are alright. Great value if you have Accor plus discounts!Don't go expecting a super fancy night out, but always good for something that's a little better than the club restaurants.Never had to wait for a table, but the food can take a little while sometimes. Staff are friendly and accommodating.

zerostar restaurant with 20% capacity is not busy. extremely overpriced all menu items with a single leaf basic food menu, 15min waiting for drinks, can not mix the right ratio for Jim ray and koks, 2 hours waiting on net, can not cook steak medium rare and well-done, cold jus sauces served first are watery clear not down and then microwave after complaining. the personal is friendly, courteous and appealing. strongly recommend not to go here and waste time and money

I wouldn't give a star if I could. poor service I've ever had. came for my mother-in-law birthday and had to wait almost half an hour for drinks and another hour n half an hour on the net which the sauces were cold and 1 steak which was well ordered came from medium rare and lasted almost another 20-30 minutes. it is not worth how much they calculate for the bad quality. I do not recommend coming here.

Very slow service here. Have been waiting too long for drinks. We ordered ages ago and had to go to the bar to ask for our order. Waitress said she's been too busy but there's not many people here. Our entrees are the same. It's been 1 hour waiting so far. Unacceptable. One staff member always at the cash register but not serving ? Reserva una mesa ahora

Liverpool’s best kept secret. Food was excellent. Portions were very generous. Staff are very welcoming but still very professional. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

The best restaurant in the area...very very tasty. Should try the 400g beef ribs..even the salad is really good. Portion size is massive! Highly recommended!
