I've lived near this restaurant for quite some time, and I've always found the staff to be friendly. Despite the restaurant frequently being full, the food doesn't live up to expectations. I've usually kept my complaints to myself and refrained from asking for refunds, but this last visit was different. I'm someone who believes in giving the service industry multiple chances, having worked in it for many years myself. However, they've gotten my orders wrong more than a dozen times. I eat at a lot of different bagel places in Chittenden county regularly, and this is the first review I’ve ever left which is saying something. This has been the first bagel sandwich that I have genuinely had no complaints about, evenly spread toppings and deli meats, just enough of each topping, and the bagel itself wasn’t stale or too chewy. First bite, wow this is a really good bagel sandwhich. The Gouda Ham Melt was a great choice, excited to go back soon and try more. 10/10 experience.

This is a fantastic spot for breakfast or lunch. The bagels are expertly crafted, featuring a delicious chewy crust and soft centers! They are made to perfection. The breakfast sandwiches and lunch options are fresh and tasty. Although the exterior may not fully reflect the wonderful atmosphere inside, the interior is casual and charming. Prices are also quite reasonable. I highly recommend checking them out!

I grew up near New York's Lower East Side, renowned for having the best bagels in the world. I know what makes a great bagel, and these guys are definitely among the best. A few weeks ago, I drove by after hours, and to my surprise, they actually stopped what they were doing, unlocked their doors, and served me some of the best bagels I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend using the online ordering system. I placed my order for a bagel at 10:14 am, with an estimated pickup time of 11:10. I arrived at 11:10, but now it's 11:35, and I'm still waiting for my bagel. I understand that they can be busy, but I wish they would disable online ordering during peak times. I could have easily ordered in person and received my bagel by now!

Came for a lunchtime bagel sandwich and they were left with cinnamon only. No wheat bread and white wraps only. Turkey chipotle was spicy. Slim on the bacon. Note to those serving wraps. Don't bunch up the ends without ingredients because you end up with a big mouthful of wrap only, ugh. Disappointing trip especially considering I don't get here often.

The service was excellent, and the bagels we tried were delicious. I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese that actually contained real walnuts. My mother ordered a pumpkin spice bagel topped with veggie cream cheese, which was filled with large chunks of vegetables.

This has to be the worst bagel shop in North America. Out of bagels. Offered white bread only for sandwich. Next customer offered white or wheat. When the sandwiches were ready, the clerk coughed on them!! Oy! Oy!

Super good food. Very busy on a Sunday morning when I went but it only shows how damn good the bagels and sandwiches are!
