Dj'd here at a gig last night and really enjoyed it. Can't thank the bar staff enough. I was really impressed, they made me feel welcome, offered me a drink when I got there and during the evening, then the young lad helped me with my gear to the van. At the end of the night. You don't normally get that sort of hospitality, not even at posh hotels! Thanks and have a great Christmas

This is a lovely place. The building was out up after WW1 to commemorate the fallen as well as the victory. The decor in the main hall is awesome stucco from just after WW1. The staff are extremely friendly; the prices very reasonable and the beesr are fab. I really wish I lived less than 90 minutes drive away...

Great venue all round. Superb for music wether it's in the club itself or in the attached Victory Hall that easily accommodates 350 people for a gig. Drinks prices are very good value for money and Richard and his staff are very welcoming and professional.

on Tuesday evening flew to open microphone and found the balcome club as a very friendly place. great prices for alcohol and nice staff. it would be recommended to see good local live music, the sound was brilliant and the interpreted were all so good. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great venue for either seeing bands in the bar area or in the main hall. Excellent well trained staff, good prices. Very well run by Richard Cooper. I will be returning on the 7th of April for Ruts DC. Cant wait. Thoroughly recommended.

yesterday and today, late afternoon (4 to 6) and it is nice, warm and welcoming. friendly staff and customers, club has pool, darts, juke box (yes,) garden and snooker room. what do I want?

Great place, beautiful hall with frescoes with stories about the First World War and local men that went to fight and the lucky ones that came back. Friendly bar staff and Good pub food
