The food and drinks at this restaurant are quite good, but unfortunately, the service completely detracts from the experience. I've never encountered such rude staff before. Within just 15 minutes of sitting down, we were asked if we had ordered more food, despite having just received our appetizers and drinks. When we requested a little more time to decide on our meals, the server bluntly replied, "I need to check when the next reservation is." Later, we were informed that we needed to leave by 8:30. We ordered a third round of drinks at 8:00, and immediately after, the server brought our check, saying, "The clock is ticking." By 8:15, our drinks still hadn't arrived, yet the server came ov...
The food was amazing, and the cocktails were both creative and delicious. The quality of the dishes and the portion sizes were excellent, and I especially loved the spicy options! However, I couldn’t give this place a 5-star rating because of the reception concierge, who I believe is the owner. He was rude and abrupt, treating guests with far less respect than one would expect at a restaurant. There was a barrier that separated the main area of the restaurant, but I had to wait in the front lobby until 5:00 PM. It was poorly lit, and I couldn’t see the rope. Situated in Woburn, Sichuan Garden II is a Chinese restaurant that surprises with its incredible interior, despite its simple exterior. The craft cocktails and mocktails from the bar are delicious and well-mixed. The food is fantastic, with some dishes spicier than we're used to, but the portion sizes, flavors, and presentation are excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even better. I'm looking forward to returning and bringing some friends next time!
Halo Halo: Really unique drink. The mix of ube and pineapple is really good and the smoothie is perfect. I love the basil! The straws they gave me were too short for some reason for the glass. I highly recommend this drink if you like frozen drinks Shogun Highball: delicious and refreshing. This is going down very easily. I like this almost as much as the Halo Halo. Good food, great drinks, really bad service. Slow is one thing, but slow and rude is another. The blonde tattooed bartender upstairs was nasty for absolutely no reason and the short haired woman with the neck tattoo waiting tables was equally pompous. Wa hoping all the other reviews about rude staff were a thing of the past but we were proven wrong unfortunately. Price per person: $50–100
This restaurant is a delightful spot for drinks, and the food is consistently delicious. Each floor has a unique atmosphere, which adds to the experience. I particularly enjoy the bar area, which has a cool vibe, while the dining rooms are a bit more upscale. The service is always top-notch. However, parking can be a challenge, so be sure to make a reservation.
