The Bank Wine And Bistro

The lady at the restaurant was very rude. She refused to serve me at the bar and told me that they only offer table service. I sat down and waited to be served, but I watched her serve other customers who had just walked in at the bar. When I went back to the bar to ask for a cocktail for me and my friend, she served other people ahead of us before finally serving us. The atmosphere was really weird and I couldn't understand what her problem was. Overall, the service and atmosphere were both rated a 1.

Great visit on Tuesday evening. Two very friendly and helpful staff members. Great atmosphere and food. Although the menu might appear limited initially there is plenty to choose from. Our only comment would be that we would have been happy to receive dishes as they were cooked rather than everything arriving all at once given it is tapas style. Definitely on the list for return. We had a fantastic evening celebrating an 18th birthday at The Bank. Alex and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience special and the food was outstanding as always. This is the best restaurant in Wrexham. If you're looking for something other than pub food, this is the place to go. I had a delicious meal consisting of seafood and vegetables. Everything was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. I dined in for dinner and spent around £30–40 per person. Everything about The Bank makes this restaurant a must-visit in Wrexham. The wine, the Mac and cheese, the tacos, the lamb chops….were all excellent. Alex provided us with an experience we will never forget. Thank you!!
