Not enough wait staff. Meal took way too long We had to move inside because there were too many bees on the deck. The space inside was very hot. I had to walk around and find somebody who would turn the overhead fans on, which made it terrific difference. We ordered guacamole and chips. The chips were tasteless and it was not nearly enough guacamole for the price we paid. Fajitas came soaked in tomato sauce; and tortillas were very small corn tortillas vs the flour tortillas we expected But no matter what you canât view. The outdoor space is beautiful and peaceful when there are no bees And I suppose if we were drinkers, the amount of time the meal took wouldnât have been so bad
Lovely spot right on the beach. Feels like you are at the Mediterranean somewhere. The food is excellent.: Best chips ever and the fresh tuna sandwich was such a surprise. The Brusselsproutes with feta abd walnuts was a delectable appetizer choice. The portions are very generous, and they thoughtfully provided to go boxes. We were cool under a large umbrella. Totally recommend outdoor seating. We went for lunch, but now Iâm Dre to return for dinner. The drinks menu looked very tempting.
Not so good yesterday. Very disappointed as we had guests in from out of town. Lobster roll was bad. Lobster was Luke warm. Roll was soggy. So it probably sat on the counter waiting for pickup for a while. I get it. Seasonal service help is difficult these days but no, sorry, at those prices we deserved better.
beautiful table on request in the reservation where we all could hear each other. excellent friendly, efficient service. Eating drinks were delicious and plentiful. beautiful place, beautiful view and will return definitiw. a great sound.

We had a lovely dinner for my wife's birthday. The views over the LI sound are beautiful, and we enjoyed listening to the live band (which was inside, while we were outside, which worked out very well for us). The food was also terrific.
eating was absolutely terrible and too expensive. the steak-Fajitas were made from cheap steak and the mush in garlic and lemon were rough!
I went fun Sunday with friends, we had great food, drinks and fast friendly service! I recommend the barley beach house 100%!
eating, service and ambiente were great. the added live music and fireworks during eating was especially special.

the menu was also liked by the huge brezel and aubergine meatball.
