Out of all the great burgers in Bristol right now, Cord Kitchen's should definitely be ranked among the best. I had never heard of Cord Kitchen until we stopped in for a meal, and I'm glad we did. I really appreciate that, even though it's not a fully vegan or vegetarian kitchen, they offer a vegan option for each of their burgers. It's not just a basic falafel burger while the meat eaters get more creative options. I tried the pb&k burger with peanut butter and kimchi, which may sound strange, but it was delicious. I highly recommend it. In addition to the great burgers, Cord Kitchen is also a fantastic pub with a wonderful selection of local beers and a fridge full of weiss beer.
