Good city centre pub ideal for sports fans going to Worcester cricket club in the summer just a short walk to the ground and ideal pub for rugby supporters 200m from the train station and 100m to the shuttle bus to sixsmith rugby stadium. The cricketers is a small pub very friendly and a good range of beers would recommend this public house to anyone but does get rather full on a sporting day before the games and after
This is a great pub. I only started visiting in late 2018 and I was immediately impressed. The selection of beer is large and constantly changing, but always kept well. It may not be the cheapest option, but you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality pints and a great atmosphere. They even offer loyalty cards, so after buying 8 pints, you get one for free.
Balloons looked lovely for our late Christmas staff do. Really attentive and helpful with the kids and change for the grabber machine which they loved!! Food was really hot and full of flavour. Portions were great. Staff coped really well even though they were clearly...busy. Also pretty good coffee
This is a real old school pub with a great atmosphere excellent food really good selection of fine real ales as well as some exciting ciders. The small upper floor museum showcasing Kricket memorabilia is very interesting. The service was excellent and friendly, and the location is central. Although we didn't dine there, the food being served looked appetizing, with traditional pub-style dishes like duck.
We booked the barn owl a group of girls for a get together and some food. We had the best night, staff were attentive and the food was amazing, nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend
Had a lovely breakfast, cooked fresh with good ingredients and very reasonable prices. Staff very welcoming., and a very nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend going there.
