it's too bright. climate control works too well the air is crisp and dry. they were playing ez listening instrumentals of wu tang clan tracks. a feeling of shame washes over you as you sit in a victorian tufted chair, edgy and buzzed from the 7.5% beer they serve you're drinking at the library. get out. run. don't look back. find a place that's dark, damp, and falling apart. where you can acknowledge the misery you feel about the world and the terrible cure you've chosen to numb it.
