The Basil Leaf Thai Sushi

I paid $23.47 for hibachi steak. I ordered from the dinner menu and I assumed it would be a dinner-size portion. The order was to go. I was very disappointed when I opened my order and saw the portion size. For the amount of money I paid, I was expecting more. The salad was literally 4 sprigs of lettuce. The main dish had more mushrooms than meat and other vegetables. I hate mushrooms and asked that they not put them in my order. I ate the entire meal and was still hungry. The food was good, but it is grossly overpriced. I would have been comfortable paying $12-$13 for this meal. If you have an extra $24 to blow, then by all means eat here. The customer service does not exist. And, we waited 50 mins to get our order on a weekday evening. We ordered the vegetarian Thai Hot, thai fried rice and it was bland and tasteless. When we told the server, all she did was give us a bowl of red chillies and tell us to add it ourselves. The quantity is also half of what we get at comparable (costwise) restaurants. Not coming back here ever again. Definitely not for vegetarians. Service: Dine in

Called to place an order for pick up since I’m visiting from out of town.They wouldn’t take my order unless I paid over the phone. I was in the middle of a store and not about to give out my card number to someone I don’t know in a place that public. Poor customer service. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner

We went there 8:00 pm on Saturday June 24th 2023. They said they r closing 9:00 pm so can’t take any orders. I mean really!!!!! You guys posted time that you open until 9:00 pm. Totally wasted my time. Never come back again. I would go for zero star if I can.Service: 1/5
