I have visited the venue multiple times and each time I come it is always clean and the lawns are well manicured. The staff are easy to communicate with and respond to my emails quickly. Occasionally, although rare, someone does not hire a certified planner and with any venue, things go wrong. I'm aware of one coming up so I hope everything goes well for her. A beautiful facility. Everything from the tables, chairs, restrooms and furnishings were really clean with attention to details. Lawn and gardens were well manicured and well taken care of. Generous parking and plenty of concrete for foot traffic. All of our correspondence was answered quickly and promptly. As a wedding planner and event manager, I have helped brides and engaged couples reschedule their events from deployments, job losses, death in the family..you name it. This venue is very sympathetic to anyone in need and bends over backwards to help however they can. I've been to a few weddings here and i mean to tell you this place is a hidden gem. They only open up a select number of dates per year and every year they sell out so if you are looking for a venue, they book quickly. Like everyone says..the best venues book first. The building is clean and well taken care of and they are very responsive to questions about the venue. They currently are open monday through wednesday because they reserve thursday through sunday for events.

Scheduled a tour twice first time was canceled from the flu which we completely understood. Then the second time we stood on the side of the road waiting to be let in and nobody showed. With no phones being answered, was set on using this venue until that for $1600 you think it would want to make them punctual.
The belvedere wedding venue is one of my favorite venues in the area. The staff is very friendly and the rules are easy. You can't go wrong with this venue!
I loved how they set up my family friends wedding on June 11th they did an amazing job and was very nice people!!
