I've been a few times in big easy. so far we never got our food under 45 minutes. the services are completely overwhelmed (but friendly), bring the food/drinks to the wrong table or listen to one at the order apparently not properly. at our last visit we ordered drinks and food (wrap burger). the drinks came after 20 minutes. when eating after 45 minutes was still not there, we ordered drinks again. the service told us every 10 minutes, it would only take 5 minutes until we finally get our food. when our 2nd drink order came (we wait for 60 minutes to eat) and we asked again for our food, the service of one of the drinks has emptied completely above my guide. ok, can happen but we have not e...
we have stopped in this restaurant to use the rheinufer on this beautiful evening in juni and this is no longer worth. wait for the order, return the waiter after 15 m to tell me that the hamburger of my choice was no longer available. great waiting time of 30 minutes to get our dishes after a mistake of waitress at the serving table.Cocktails overall too small and with too much folded ice for the price. hamburger good but without favorites. hearty bill not far from 30 €.
Sunday at 13:30 a.m., the menu is on the table, but lunch is only 14 a.m. today. there's only breakfast and wagging. that is communicated to us by unfriendly staff when we are already sitting for 10 minutes. we went post-turning. service desert, you can't say more about it.
Horrible service and overpriced, average food. A wasp drowned in my drink, so I was asked for a new drink. I was charged for two drinks and was told it was the risk of sitting outside. Perhaps they should warn people of such risks when they sit outside.

Price-performance ratio bad. bulette dead fried and hard. packed the burger was cut in commercial baking paper and flew around in the bag. the pommes were only salt. signs are not enough for the rest.

the location of this restaurant is great and is located on the river bank of the Rhine. prices are higher compared to other burger restaurants in mainz. the service is also good and friendly.
Nice Location, Food is alright but they confused two orders, Cocktails Take way too long (50min!!! Nice waiters and free shots to welcome us!
