It's our first time to try their breakfast. We have to wait more than 20 minutes because it's a Civic Holiday. The waitress greeted us and led us to our seats. Another older waitress took our order. She is a bit harsh in my opinion. We ordered ice coffee with cream but it did not tasted like it had cream. She then asked whether we would like to have cream and dismissively tossed us some cream. She noticed that I was surprised with her attitude, and claimed that we might be allergic with cream. We did not mention anything about allergies. The things they say about the Big Flat Pancake Co. in Port Coquitlam are true! Delicious and had a nice family vibe to it. We got there at around 1030 am on a Monday and were seated right away. A few minutes later, all the tables were filled and there was a wait! My friend and I shared this Monster Breakfast (3 eggs, 4 kinds of meat, potatoes, tomatoes, toast, fruit) and then the Big Flat King Kong (bananas, nutella on whipped cream on the delicious big flat pancake)!

We went there on a Sunday around 9:30am. No surprises or complaints regarding the waiting time, that's expected for a small breakfast place. Service was good and the Old Mcdonald place was delicious. The waffle and hot chocolate were out of this world! The Bowser, big pancake with banana, was not as good as expected... But for sure we are coming back in the future to try more options.

It's not often we see the option for gluten free pancakes or waffles at a breakfast place so had to try this place out. It was a busy Saturday so there was a bit of a wait for a table, and kitchen service was slow. Coffee was excellent as was our server Shauna. This was my first time visiting, and I will definitely be back. Their menu options for hash bowls and pancakes is extensive, with something for everyone, including gluten free options. It has a great atmosphere inside, with friendly and quick service. The food was really tasty and came really quickly. A great spot for breakfast or brunch!

Waited 20 mins in queue to be seated and over 30 mins more to receive the order. The food didn’t even worth the long wait. It was already cold when we received it which really threw me off. Felt like the food was sitting out for at least 10 mins before getting served. Side of fruits we ordered was also not fresh but rather bland.

Tasty little restaurant with absolutely amazing service. Breakfast and brunch here is unbelievable, the lineup outside definitely shows how popular this place is. Definitely worth the stop, 11am sandwich was amazing as was the King Kong pancake. We will be back!

Great place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Friendly staff. Tried the Ham Hash, Hipster hash, and Jean Pierre benny( the rast beef was so tender and flavourful) Be prepared for a line up if you don’t go in early in the morning. 12pm weekdays seem less busy. Reserva una mesa ahora

Delicious food with generous portions. Food took a while to arrive, but was worth it. However, the prices from the receipt did not match the online menu it was $2 more expensive per item : Aside from that, overall good experience.

Our first time eating here and we were soooo glad we did! Amazing service and atmosphere! The food was delicious, not to mention the drinks. We had the meat lovers, Bananarama and Creamcicle drink. 10/10!
