I always look for a place where the locals go to find the best food and that is what I found at “The Bird” outside Jackson, WY. You will find this bar and restaurant in the back of an eclectic collection of businesses on the highway between Jackson and Alpine. They have a vast assortment of beers on tap which change regularly which you can tell by the impressive array of taps hanging from the walls and rafters. My wife and I both had the wings. She had hot BBQ and I had the medium buffalo style which were still spicy. Both tasted incredible. They have an outdoor patio with an incredible view of the mountains. Well worth looking for!
The restaurant has a fantastic outdoor seating area with a stunning view. We tried the burgers and absolutely loved them. They are made with Brisket and are incredibly juicy. I highly recommend checking this place out.
huge portions. the pommes were great! the carving was huge and was perfect for 2 (maybe 3) children to share. amazing view from the balcony. and also dogs friendly outside. very casual atmosphere.
we have the medium-sized Buffalo wings and every burger with Cesar-Salat. the burgers were big on an English muffin for a bungalow. great taste and actually cooked.

The best wings in the valley. Excellent burgers too. Beer selection is different from anywhere in the city with many imports. Parking is terrible. Go with a friend.
Actually, this place had me when I read her menu online. the postscripts were brilliant. an exquisite balance of snoring and uncomplicated. my art.
Excellent tasty food served in large portions. Fun open room atmosphere with bar in the middle. Great deck with a great view of the mountains

Really good food but not a kid-friendly joint. They didn't have highchairs or a kids menu.
