This restaurant is a charming place, known for its immaculate cleanliness and reasonable prices. However, during my visit, there was only one overwhelmed front desk clerk on duty. He was quite helpful and managed multiple tasks efficiently. The bistro also had a lengthy wait for service. When someone finally came to help me, they began preparing food for other guests instead of addressing my needs. I was informed that my selection was unavailable, and since I didn't have my phone, I was directed to the front desk to call my room for some substitute options. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard by Marriott in Langhorne, PA, for a few days, and my experience was nothing short of outstanding. The hotel was pristine, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Manager Tony was particularly welcoming and demonstrated a deep knowledge of everything we needed throughout our stay. This hotel truly deserves five stars in every category! During my recent business trip, I stayed at the Courtyard for two nights and, as always, had a fantastic experience. When I arrived, there was a minor issue with my reservation, but the staff resolved it quickly and courteously. My room was spacious and comfortable, complete with a couch and a relaxation area that I really appreciated. The bartender at the restaurant was friendly and recommended some delicious options, including buffalo chicken tenders and a flavorful meatball flatbread. The Margarita was exceptional, and the bartender's warm demeanor made the evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at any Courtyard by Marriott for consistently great experiences.
I attempted to cancel my reservation on the same day after testing positive for COVID-19. The acting manager dismissed my concerns, stating that it "doesn't matter anymore" because COVID is no longer considered a global pandemic. Despite my efforts to prioritize safety and avoid putting others at risk—especially children at this Sesame Place hotel—I was still charged $400 for the cancellation. I cannot recommend this place; their customer service is lacking, and they displayed minimal willingness to assist in an emergency, clearly neglecting the well-being of their guests.

We usually choose to stay at Marriott hotels, and this one did not let us down. The staff was very accommodating, fulfilling all of our requests for a balcony and a room near the elevator. We also enjoyed having The Bistro and Starbucks right on the property. One thing to note is that it's located near Sesame Place, which means the pool and fire pit may get quite busy with young children. At The Bistro, we ordered appetizers including roasted Brussels sprouts, a trio of dips with delicious fries, a chicken-bacon quesadilla, and ricotta meatballs. Everything was fantastic!
The hotel has traditionally been a pleasant place to stay, but I've noticed a decline, particularly this year. By 5 PM, it appears that there is no service available. If you’re looking for something to eat or drink, there’s no one around to help. Although there is a Starbucks on-site, it closes so early that if you're not up by 9 AM, you can forget about getting coffee and breakfast. I can no longer recommend this hotel, as there are better options nearby. The service definitely needs substantial improvement.
The seating arrangement was a bit unconventional, with very low tables, but this made it easier for my son to play around. We didn't use the pool, but it was nice to see that it was indoors. I also appreciated how the hotel made good use of its outdoor space. If I plan another trip to Sesame Place that doesn't involve driving straight home, I will definitely consider staying here again. Overall, this was a fantastic experience for a hotel of this type.
Isn’t a $120 security hold quite excessive for a $154 room? Shouldn’t the hold be released at checkout, so that only the room charge remains on my card? I’ve stayed at this hotel before and have never experienced such a hold; my statements only showed the room charge. Why was there a hold this time, and why did it stay for 24 hours? It was only refunded to me after I reached out about it. I recommend that others be careful!

Today, I was in a bit of a predicament as I needed to send birthday cards to my parents in Florida so they would arrive in time for the weekend. Thankfully, Angie at the front desk came to my rescue, and I’m confident the cards will either arrive on the same day or, at the very least, the day before! A huge thank you to Courtyard Philadelphia Langhorne!
