Ordered the Bistro Burger (for dinner) and Cheddar French Dip (for lunch). I wasnt impressed with the Bistro Burger (a microwaved burger, re heated in a toaster oven), but at 9:55pm my dining options were limited in the Oakbrook area (as mostrestaurants close at 10pm), and I was able to order the food from my hotel room (at Courtyard Marriott Oakbrook). The CheddarFrench Dip (during the day) was fresh and very good! The Bistro Burger (late at night) was decent, but not worth the $9 pricetag. The fries were good (and freshly made), but a little salty. Overall a decent experience for late night hotel food. The hotel feels like an old drive-up motel that has been refurbished, but it still has outdated and poorly designed features. The room had a slight musty odor, and the furniture was just average. While the bathroom was acceptable, the lighting by the sink was inadequate. For added security, it’s advised to park your car in front of the room’s glass door. There were no complimentary breakfast or coffee options available. The window air conditioning unit was quite noisy. I also noticed that some employees took breaks in their cars with loud music that could be heard through the sliding glass door. I checked in for the first time just before the renovation of the front and lobby was finished, and the following week it was complete. The rest of the hotel renovations were already done, and everything is spotless. The staff is very friendly, and the manager Nick is incredibly personable and genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. This has become my go-to hotel for work over the past several weeks, and I’ve even booked multiple rooms. Some coworkers asked me where to stay when they visit, and I was happy to recommend this place without hesitation.
I was looking for a hotel in the area that wouldn't break the bank at $300 per night and that didn't need a major overhaul. This hotel was just what I needed! It felt very safe being situated in a business district. The hotel itself is quite spacious, and checking in was quick and easy. We enjoyed hanging out in the lobby, playing games, and really appreciated the comfortable seating. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfortable, and the atmosphere was tranquil. Parking was also convenient. I would absolutely stay here again without any hesitation!

We stayed for two nights at The Bistro – Eat. Drink. Connect., with our room located in the newly renovated top-floor area. The room was spotless and thoughtfully furnished. However, we faced two issues: low water pressure in the shower and heating that initially blew cold air before warming up. The renovation is still underway. The restaurant offers a breakfast menu, but with only two staff members working, they struggled to keep up with the high demand from guests. Despite this, our breakfast was served hot and fresh.
Do not stay here I had someone trying to get into my room 3x in the middle of the night. I called and spoke with hotel immediately, they brought me keys to go to another room down the hall, however all of my belongings were in the old room. She said she could not say anything to the guests unless they “do it again”. As a solo business traveler, this is absolutely unacceptable. They were trying to get in through the adjoining room deadbolt. I left immediately to stay at a different property the next morning.

The drinks are great, and although there isn't a full bar, there are still plenty of options to choose from. Andrew is an excellent bartender and server. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I always appreciate staying here during my business trips.
The room was average and didn't come with an iron, which was inconvenient. I had to wait around an hour for service from the limited staff available. I also encountered a bug in the bathroom, and overall, the service was quite limited. The pool was closed indefinitely for reasons that weren't explained. The restaurant's decor brought to mind a Chicago vibe. On the plus side, the prices were reasonable.

The drinks are good—though not a full bar, there are plenty of choices available. Andrew is an excellent bartender and server. Overall, it's a fantastic experience, and I always enjoy my stays here during business trips.
