Bouncer knocked my beer out of my hand. Attacked me and chipped my guitar. because I asked someone a question about what they thought about straight white men and I was told that I had to leave. I was polite to the people I was talking to. I asked them if I could ask them a question because I was curious. I'm not sure if that is a valid excuse to hurt someone and damage their property. Maybe I'm in the wrong. I don't know. 6 dollar beer down the toilet and a 700 dollar guitar chipped. Perhaps it was a loaded question, but I'm certainly never going back.

Pretty chill. Great crowd range for age. I felt most comfortable at the top level. Every were else everyone was 18 to 25 it seemed. This place had good balance. Good music as well. Very chill. Bathroom on first level was a disaster, ground floor is the younger crowd. Upstairs Bathroom was totally fine. Coincidence perhaps ? This would be my place of choice out of most bars on the strip. Then again. I'm old..ish. Enjoy! It's worth a shot. Was a good time for me.

Friendly welcoming atmosphere, whether you wear a prom dress or torn overalls that you are treated the same and welcomed as long as you are friendly and respectful. It's nice to go somewhere that nobody cares how you look when you're like a man. This is rare nowadays. Some of the best employees on all whyte ave.

Came here on a Sunday afternoon for my cousin’s bachelorette party. The bartender, Phil was so kind to us and great to chat to! He has worked here for many years and really makes sure the guests are taken care of! Ask for Phil if you stop in!

Cool, dark, multi-level bar with a different atmosphere on each floor, including a half-patio rooftop bar. Eclectic variety of drinks and alternative music. Highly recommend.

Great local spot. Awesome patio upstairs and the main floor is often opened to the street too, which makes it a great spot for people watching with a pint.

Great to have Black Dog still here after pandemic lockdown. Great old fashioned pub and servers who know how to pour Guinness!

Darkness scares you off like always but staying for a pint reveals the wonderful pub from my university days.
