Very nice Sunday lunch. Roast lamb was fantastic. Parsnip puree, roasted carrots potatoes, cauliflower cheese, 1/4 of a hispi cabbage and a large Yorkshire pudding on top.. Cabbage was a bit too hard to cut, otherwise would have been 5 stars Lemon tart with blackcurrant sorbet to finish. Excellent!

I had a fantastic roast dinner at The Blackhorse, a charming traditional pub located in a picturesque village. The serving sizes were very generous and the food was served hot. The staff were incredibly hospitable and accommodating, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

The food and ambience never fail to please here. The menu is good, seasonal and not too big a choice, which is perfect for us ! good choice of wines too and the staff are always friendly and efficient. Busy pub, both drinkers and diners which is great to see. Many thanks
