Cool concept for a store, really enjoyed browsing the books whilst waiting for my take away lunch. Went with the Tuna & Sweet Potato Patty with two salads. It was very expensive for what it was. $20!!! If the dish had been amazing I wouldn't have minded but it was average at best. The Tuna cake had the smallest amount of tuna, it was basically potato, and not nice smooth potato, large chunks of potato laced within the smoother bits. A little strange. There is rustic and there is RUSTIC. Salads were nice though - really enjoyed the Beetroot Salad. Very refreshing. Staff weren't too friendly either which ruins the experience.

The Bodhi Tree is a tranquil place to have a coffee a/o something to eat. The Bodhi Tree is a place to hide away for a while, to re-energize. Regularly my husband and I spent sometime at the this book cafe playing a game, which is on every table. The books are predominantly spiritual titles about well-being, mindful living and anything else to make the mind and body thrive, of both adults and children. There's a children's play area. The food is pleasant, the coffee is fine, the people working in this gem of a place are truly friendly.

Certainly unique, first thing I notice is the scent of pretty much every shop in Fremantle. That earthy hemp smell that usually accompanies dream catchers and palm readings. The food in the window was pretty overpriced in my opinion , $9.50 for a ham and cheese croissant and $7.50 for a piece of cheesecake the size of a small cupcake. The coffee was pretty good, but nothing amazing..

dropped in here with my dog for a little treat after getting blood tests done. sadly, paying $11 for a tiny chia pudding served in a plastic drink cup was not the treat i was looking for... on top of that, it was flavourless and the grated coconut gave it an awful texture. i'd heard many people recommend the bodhi tree but i was not impressed. at least the barista was nice though.

Disclaimer: I love fried chicken! With that said, how could you not love a big slab of fried chicken? I've wanted to try this when I was in Taipei in the Reserva una mesa ahora
