one of my favorite places around kew. a large selection of beer and a fantastic barkburger. the pulled pork is something to see at the first sight it is somehow decent to flow with all the juices. the brot is a little muddy. first bit: blown. first, the bark is much better seasoned than before and judging. it was medium, but still all the necessary liquids were there, and they mixed up with the pulled pork and the BBQ sauce and wow. great, great, great. the pulled pork and BBQ sauce gave the experience another level of pleasure. as if it was like this popular book, ’50 shades of pork? . pun intended. the fries helped to solidify the meal. a bit on the salty side. great bang. go there. good a...
Absolutely superb from the moment we entered! Took my wife and 2 year old out for Sunday lunch only to have a few disappointing false starts with two other places in the vicinity... By chance stumbled upon the Botanist and will most definitely be back! Food was very reasonably priced for the area as well as the quantity you get... The child portion could feed a grown man! Lastly the staff are the so friendly and helpful, plus made the effort to interact with my little girl, which is always nice to see!
Absolutely fantastic! The staff here are incredibly friendly. The food is both reasonably priced and of high quality. I absolutely love the gin spritz. The woman who served us clearly has a way with kids, as she really charmed my daughter. It definitely made for a delightful afternoon. We found other pubs to be unwelcoming, so we were thrilled to discover this hidden gem. The only downside is the state of the toilets, which are a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!
I entered the pub just for a bite to eat after a lovely visit to Kew gardens. Immediately i was embraced by a loving, family friendly pub feeling where all the staff greeted me and subsequently invited me to the pub quiz. Although my team would’ve gotten better marks in the quiz if we didn’t turn up, it was expertly run and full of fun facts! The only downside I had to my experience is that I didn’t personally complement the chef on the beauty of a meal that was served to me

I really love going to the botanist. it is the perfect place to relax, chat with some friends and then have something to eat. during summertime you can enjoy the small garden on the back. I also love the beer (which are produced by themselves) even if they like burger, then they must try the cheeseburger with bbq pulled pork. it is a really good combination! I also had wee and it's pretty. but please try it
Had a fantastic experience for my partner's birthday. The pub is cosy and with plenty of nooks for a more private feel. Rhiannon was excellent, smoothly handling the bar and service alone whilst still making time for a friendly and personal service. The food was lovely, and the portions were solid and reasonable for London prices. Will definitely be back.
Don't be put off by the outside. This is a great pub with a great vibe inside. Lot's of younger people mixed with older people. Great staff who are chilled and make you feel welcome. Excellent food, properly cooked by people who know food. It's a gem. My only complaint.....I wish it was nearer to where I live. 5stars.
Absolutely love this pub. Been a few times after a wander round Kew Gardens. Staff are super attentive but not intrusive, nice range of drinks (including nonalcoholic ones) and the nachos are so addictive! Definitely worth popping in if you’re in the area.

I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere made me feel right at home. The bartender and manager were incredibly welcoming during my visit. It truly became one of my favorite pubs that I've been to.
The dining experience was wonderful, and the service was excellent. It was even better with the London Taste Card discount. I would definitely return!
