The Brakeman American Grill has top-5 burgers on the menu. Check out the Specialty Burgers, many of which are listed as 1/2 pounders, but (thankfully! can be ordered as 1/4 pounders. We ordered The Southern Pacific Cajun Burger (1/2 pound burger topped with Cajun seasoning, pepper jack cheese, grilled onions, and Frank's Red Hot Sauce, served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo and The Crazy Brakeman (subbed 1/4-pound burger topped with bacon, grilled onions and mushrooms, pickled jalapenos, melted Colby-Jack cheese, served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo , which came with fries--we subbed one fries for onion rings, and highly recommend! Though the onion rings aren't the rough-batter...
Super nice people and a very friendly atmosphere were the first things that popped out to me here. A nice little place on our way back from the Tetons that we wanted to stop and get a burger at. The fries are top notch 5 star fries all day long. Hand cut and delicious spuds that melt in your mouth. The burgers we had were big but the flavor was just okay on them. Patties were a little dry and they lacked on flavor in my opinion. We very much enjoyed our meal and the service was fantastic. My only area that didn't fully meet my expectations was the burger.
5 stars just based on the service! We showed up an hour before close but they were super busy(a huge group of 15 people showed up right before us.... so we didn't get our food until a little after they closed but we were never out of drink and the waitress was so good! The burgers were fantastic and the fries were so good! Highly recommend this place if you are looking to enjoy a burger!
Amazing burgers with a great atmosphere. One of our favorite places to eat in Victor, ID. Great menu with a fantastic burger selection as well a great kid 's menu. The burgers are undeniably fresh. We typically upgrade the fries to sweet potato fries. And the service is very good friendly staff. Believe me when I tell you that this is one of the more memorable burgers you 'll ever try.
This is OMG place! After visit Jackson Hole Wyoming we were hungry so stop by Subway but they are closed. So we were try to back to our car, there is very delicious smell attempting to me. That smell came from that burger shop! When we eat this burger everybody lost their mind and just digging their burger like hungry dog. This will be my regular routine when I visit Jackson Hole.
The place was completely full that Saturday afternoon, and the waitress was the only one besides the cook. She was on top of everything though, and she made sure to take plenty of time for our orders. She kept up on the drinks and was very sweet. The food was very good (burgers were fantastic). Highly recommend this small but wonderful establishment.
Great experience! Not only one of our best meals on this holiday, but one of the best culinary experiences we have ever had! Greek salad with chicken and burgers and fries. Both were absolutely delicious. With a nice local beer and an unbeatable service, this place is a winner! Very recommended.
Went to grab food here after a hockey tournament. The server basically refused to seat us saying we 've just had a lot of big groups tonight and we are kind of over it . Wish we knew how the burgers were but I guess we will never know.....would NOT recommend for a hungry group of people.
