The Brakeman American Grill

Go here if you're in Victor. It's hard to find restaurants that serve Elch, let alone Elchburger. Brakeman American Grill generally makes great burgers and I was impressed how they made a lean, playful meat taste so unique and tasty. Good stuff. I think the Brakeman Burger is made with beef, but something else tasted. Not sure whether it is because it is ultra fresh or if it was actually bison meat. Nevertheless, it tasted different and good.

Oh, my God. the burger so super bomb. the place is small, but has a really nice mood. Very good. look at the photo. Look how big the burger is. but it is also delicious. I had to pull out one of the burger patents and eat it myself. it was like two meal times. I had the same burger cook as last time and he never fails. this place attracts a nice crowd. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

The place was completely full that Saturday afternoon, and the waitress was the only one besides the cook. She was on top of everything though, and she made sure to take plenty of time for our orders. She kept up on the drinks and was very sweet. The food was very good (burgers were fantastic). Highly recommend this small but wonderful establishment.

Great experience! Not only one of our best meals on this holiday, but one of the best culinary experiences we have ever had! Greek salad with chicken and burgers and fries. Both were absolutely delicious. With a nice local beer and an unbeatable service, this place is a winner! Very recommended.

Small small town, but the stop is worth it. Here there are unique menu items, including Elch and Bisonburger, but they are best known for their beef, freshened daily. Close to the tourist gift shop and a used sports goods store, both great places to stop on the visit.
