First of all, the owner of this restaurant is outstanding! He is incredibly generous and genuinely cares about both his customers and the community. Recently, I stopped by to discuss a donation for Respiratory Care Week for the respiratory therapists at Progress West. Without any hesitation, he provided us with gift cards for the entire department! He even offered to deliver them if we needed. Two of us were fortunate enough to order from there today, and the food was absolutely phenomenal! The Southwest chicken tortilla soup was unbelievable, and the steak salad and French dip were both delicious! Thank you, Scott and the Brass Rail staff!
We came in this evening with our 3 children like we have enjoyed doing several times before. After ordering, the kitchen seemed a little behind and it took quite awhile...very unusual compared to other experiences. Thankfully our kids were patient and after several wait staff and managers came and apologized, the owner came out and said he was going to take care of our bill. Wow! What a nice gesture and with a sea of choices out there...this is exactly why we will keep returning and supporting a chef-owned, non-chain establishment. Thank you!
First time eating at the Brass Rail and wow my husband and I loved it!! The menu is so great it’s hard deciding but trust me whatever you decide is and will be amazing! Love all our food! My husband and I are food critics and we have nothing bad to say of anything we ate there! Don’t get discouraged by prices... well worth the cost! Also our server Abby B was absolutely amazing! Very personable and friendly! Best place I’ve ate in a long time.
We really enjoy the buffalo chicken sandwich and many other items on the menu! However, we were disappointed to hear that the Cuban sandwich is no longer available. I had just been raving to my friends about it, telling them it was the best in St. Louis and that they should definitely try it... What a bummer! Reserva una mesa ahora
