I got overcharged and never refunded. I ordered 4 things so the total should have been around $50, but got charged almost double. I called and explained what happened, and the manager said they will call me back. They never did. It?s been almost 2months and no one has called me even though I called multiple times. Every time they ask for a name and number, and will promiseyou they will call you back the same day. They never do. Instead, the manager will give you attitude for being upset for beingovercharged and will waste your time. Looked at the other reviews and now it makes sense. Food is also mediocre and not worthit. Our entree came out an hour later after we placed our order. They did apologize once but with no explanation. We went there for new years celebration but they didnt even do the countdown. I'm saddened to say that I would never recommend this place to anyone since I really enjoyed new years celebration last year and Bazati was one of my favorite restaurants.
My experience at this restaurant was quite peculiar. The waiter had no knowledge of the menu and informed us that they had recently changed it, resulting in the lack of side dishes available. It was puzzling to have main dishes without any accompaniments. I would not recommend this place. They should focus on finalizing their menu before attempting again.
Inara our waitress was exceptional! She answered all our questions about the food and gave her recommendations. It was my birthday and she offered to take a few pictures for us, lit the candles for my cake, and always made sure we were good. I wish Icould rate her more. The food was delicious and flavorful. We really enjoyed our night.

We went for brunch and it was good food and good service. However, dinner was a huge disappointment. You go there for the bar and belt line access not for a dining experience. It could be so much more but they don’t try
The restaurant was not that crowded and there were several servers, yet our server was not very attentive at all. She would disappear and not come check on us for long stretches of time.
Ambiance is nice but the service was particularly slow and the food marginal and over priced. There was a mandatory 20% tip for a table of four people. Won’t be returning.
Great drinks and very cool decor! The crab omelet was very good as was the shrimp and grits.Parking: The lot and the valet are the same price.
