The Brick Pub And Grill

Sorry to say I've had to grade this down quite a bit from previous visits. We used to love The Brick's Friday Fish Frys and ordered takeout quite a bit. It has now been a while since we have ordered from The Brick. What a surprise! Let me start by saying the fish fry actually tasted pretty good....but the two-piece order literally had two tiny pieces of no more than 2 x 2 each. We don't need much food to be satisfied, but this was ridiculous. I understand some places are cutting portions rather than raising prices....but this was sad! In addition, they have really watered down their gumbo. It has always been a favorite of my husband, but today's version was, not only 1/2 of the usual serving but had virtually nothing in it except tomato. Not even one shrimp. We want to continue to support independent businesses, especially during these difficult times, but they need to do better than this. Personally, I'd rather see prices rise appropriately, than open the take out box and have literally nothing to eat!

Was very disappointed. Their nachos were a distasteful cold lump of malarkey that they charged way to much for. And with the lack of cheese that was put on the nachos one might believe that there's a cheese shortage in this country...? Their wings were not any better...barely warm and the sauce seemed to be all at the bottom of the basket/plate not on the wings. Bottom line is from my experience this place is not worth the money and definately not worth the time!

great pub. many tap beer options, fantastic service, large menu with great options. I had a burger, and my friend had a pack, we also shared rueben roll as app. all items were great. service was great! we could order immediately with a pleasant server. eating came fast, hot and delicious. will go much more often here than I recently moved to the general area.

I really want to like this place. first experience was excellent. good food, wonderful service. So we literally tried to come back 4 times since, and can't get a service. So we tried again, and the kitchen was closed. at a normal time. at dinner. when the online hours say they are open. So no, we're not going back, sad.
