The Brickworks Public House

I had never been to Brickworks before, and I was pleasantly surprised by its lively atmosphere and vibe. We enjoyed a delicious three-course meal. I chose the swordfish for my main course, and it was cooked perfectly! The carrot cake for dessert was moist and not overly sweet. The service was excellent, and the value for money was definitely worth it. I would gladly return.

good eating. amazing gin list. and the best martini ever, blue cheese gin filled with blue cheese oliven. yum! but the best was our server – the second time we had harry, and it is the best! warm, helpful, knowledgeable, never intrusive. we came back for the gin and enjoy eating, but so glad we have them again!

Spent four days in Whistler over the Thanksgiving long weekend and this was our favourite meal of the trip. Very knowledgeable and friendly server, fantastic food and drinks, and they were kind and accommodating for one of our party with mobility issues. Can't wait to eat here again!

Good food, great drinks, great atmosphere The male host was very personable and friendly. Server was knowledgeable but felt like we were rushed, and didn't say say goodbye or thankyou when it was time to pay just took the machine and tip. Reserva una mesa ahora

Great gin selection, food was excellent, service top notch. A little pricey, portions were small except for the drinks, which were huge and delicious! It's a small place, and it was busy, so it is a little noisy. Liked the decor!

This was the best meal we've had in Whistler! The swordfish and pork loin were outstanding! Also the bison carpaccio and tuna tartar! The fixed price menu is a special bargain. Good cocktails too!

It's a small place so the seating is a little cramped. Mostly high top tables and chairs. The food was amazing Reserva una mesa ahora
