My visit to this restaurant last night (New Year's Eve) was disappointing. The promised features such as VIP perks, balloon drops, bongos, and saxophones were missing. We had booked expecting a special night in the garden but were let down. The event was supposed to be exclusive and extravagant with entertainment, but we were left with just a simple night with a DJ. When we contacted the restaurant, we were informed that due to COVID-19 restrictions, they could not provide what was advertised. Despite this, they charged full price without informing customers beforehand that the event would be different.
