Ordered for the first time Tonight after looking at photos on Facebook. Was really looking forward to our midweek dinner. Looked amazing and cooked on coals. How wrong was I to order. Food arrived …. Tarasmalata starter was watery and tasteless….chicken burger was a cheap battered minced chicken patty like Iceland's. Not proper fresh grilled chicken breast as described on the internet. Very disappointed indeed. Lamb shish kebab ordered was covered in herbs and was definitely not cooked over charcoal. Tasted normal and not like that over a grill and charcoal. Really really disappointed with both dishes. Such a shame when they have put so many beautiful photos on the internet stating the food...
I called to discuss my son's severe nut and sesame allergies with the restaurant, but the person who answered the phone seemed disinterested and did not provide me with any confidence. When I called back to double check a few things, he reassured me that they have no nuts in the kitchen but did not seem to understand or care about the risk of cross-contamination in the fryer with other items that may contain allergens. He abruptly ended the call with a casual "okay mate bye" while I was still talking. I will not be using this restaurant again and will ensure that others in the allergy community are aware of the lack of attention to allergen safety at this establishment.
This restaurant is terrible. The food was inedible, tasted terrible and was cold. The customer service was terrible too. We asked for a full refund and the owner said he would come collect the food with a full refund, but no one showed up after waiting for 3 hours. When we called again, we were told they wouldn't give a refund because the food tasted bad and offered no help at all. The food was terrible. We will never be going back. Do not waste your time or money here.
Great food and service as usual. Normally have delivery but collected today for a change as we were out. All freshly cooked in front of you by friendly staff all happy and polite. Was very busy but service was prompt as normal. Easy parking outside too. Good food, good service and good price.

Izzie and his fab staff catered for our 2 birthday garden parties. These parties were 3 weeks apart. Both times food was fabulous, fresh hot and tasty! Everyone said what a good idea it was getting the food delivered! And all said how lovely it all was! Keep up the good work guys!
I ordered food to be delivered yesterday and waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for my food which I thought was not on, considering I order food from here every now and again I generally thought this was very poor service.
We recently moved to the area and tonight was the first time we ordered from Broadway Grill. We were pleasantly surprised by the superb food and reasonable prices. We will definitely be ordering again, very soon!
Quick, very good quality Ingredients and an excellent choice of toppings. Delivery driver was friendly and courteous too. A winner for us I think we'll be working our way through the menu.
