Went to this place today for my Birthday, it was my first time and I 've read many good reviews about this place. I read some bad ones but I decided to go anyways because the food looked good and it looked like it had a nice vibe. To my surpise, this place was underwhelming. I order this sandwhich, they never asked me how cooked I wanted the meat, so I assumed it was going to come fully cooked. The plate that I received looked nice but when I took a bite and looked at themeat it was raw. I kindly asked the waiter if I could get the meat cooked a little more because I don 't want to be at risk for any type of food infection. Not only was my server rude (Fernando) and inconsiderate but he was quick to say thatI gave him an attitude (ironic for him to say that). How is asking nicely to re-cook my food giving an attitude?!? I told him I wasn 't going to pay for this plate because is way undercooked and I 'm not going to eat it. Instead of trying tobe understanding he just escalated the whole situation which was overwhelming for me and I started to panic, luckly I had my friend right by side. I asked if I could speak to the manager and he never responded and left. A man walked by andasked if we were okay and I just said yes because I needed to breathe a little. I called the waiter again to tell him to kindly remove the sandwhich from my bill because, once again, I 'm not going to eat raw meat and he said that Ishould 've told the manager. Apparently the manager was the man that asked if I was okay, but how was I supposed to know that? The waiter didn 't even want to properly communicate with me and expected me know everyone who worked there. At theend, my friend had to talk because I was at the point of crying once again. Luckily the manager removed the sandwhich, but never have I experienced such a rude and unprofessional situation at a resturant. They need to either re-teach thewaiter how to properly communicate with the guest or replace him. I regret not listening t
