I'm writing this to get some credit for my other reviews, so what better to start reviewing what is literally my favorite underrated chain.Fantastic food from a growing restaurant ive been lucky enough to see turn into a nationwide chain. Me and my friends in high school lived off of cheesy Original hot Buffalo fries. Ive been 4 different buffalo spots (including the one in Las Vegas), and this specific location has always been consistently great. Lily is a fantastic worker and i love her hospitality, i knew i was addicted to this place once she started to recognize my voice over the phone, but that's My cross to bare LOL.Ive enjoyed this restaurant since 2017, I still keep the original paper menu in my car for nostalgic reasons. Back when a small Buffalo Fries was only $6!!!!! So trust me when I say the only issue at this specific location is the new owners, and the onslaught of changes. Not being able to use your rewards points-or gain any while ordering in person is lame. Instead you can only utilize them per the app, which is fine, but there's some things you can't order on the app, therefore forcing you to order in person and not gaining any rewards for it. Also they seem very understaffed, I would know, working at 3 different Chick-fil-a's (no i wasn't fired. i just loved transferring around) I can tell when a kitchen is hectic, in-need of man-power. There's 2 specific associates there who I've personally never had a negative experience with, but have seen first-hand when they get on other customers' nerves. Whether it's them being in a rush with the food and not being able to attend customers fast enough, or even just the tone in which they talk. I've seen it, and they've gotten ugly. I wish i can remember their names, but im writing this from work. All in all, I wish for this chain to prosper and for this Lakewood location, which is 5 minutes from my house, to never leave, and never change its fry recipes like the unfortunate 4.26.2022 incident....
I'm surprised at the rating this place gets. It was my first time ever having this place and I'm shocked that it took me so long to place an order. I got the 20 pc combo and they asked if I wanted my wings well done which I of course said yes. I like a little crispy edge! I got the original hot and garlic parmesan with Cajun fries. Both flavors were spot on and the wings came out just the way I wanted them. The original hot could be a little spicier but it was still delicious. The Cajun fries were super bomb. Hot and crispy and they were seasoned perfectly. Now for the ranch, finally a place that serves quality ranch. I even for an extra one it's that good. I'll be back more often for my wing fix.
