The Buffalo Spot

had the most terrible day, came to the buffalo spot and the day was completely turned around by haley. her warmth and compassion for our day was beyond what you would expect! she empathized with our situation and ruined dinner plans and went above and beyond to make this burning experience top notch! her professionality is second-to-no! I would recommend to everyone to visit this place and to experience the great service my wife and I received here today, haley made my wife Mother's Day to remember! Many thanks to haley and her staff!

used to love this place so much, but now they have merged with another brand and the loyalty points are no longer actiw, the half of the menu has been cut off and as the only people in the load: our order lasted over 30 minutes. for boneless wings (because traditional are no longer served) and buffalo fries (which is braided over the entire turtle).

Ordered this for lunch and it was great overall! The food tasted great and I felt the portion on the large fries was good for the price. The only reason for the loss of a star was that the burrito was not great, I like the concept but it just doesn’t work out and is definitely not worth the price.

Disappointed! Cold chicken on not very warm fries. Chicken is lacking chicken, mostly just breading if any chicken at all. $9.00 not worth it!!

paid $48 for our food. 15 minutes in the car waiting for fresh food, just to get it cold. super disappointed.
