Yesterday was my first time patronizing here and unfortunately it will be my last. The young lady who took my order her name is Ashley. I didn't like that in the middle of her taking my order, the phone rang. She answered it and began taking a new order on her kiosk. I found that very rude and unprofessional. She didn't even offer an apology after or anything. When ordering a large fry with chicken, she made a big deal about me wanting the chicken on the side instead of on top of the fries. Her response to me was that the chicken comes on top. I know that which is why I'm asking for it to be on the side. I don't know if she needs more training or manners but I won't be back.
I would not even give this spot 1 star if that was an option. I have never encountered a problem with their food until today! First off, I had a missing item. Secondly, the food was undercooked and unsatisfying. I bit into a frozen wing! The wings were just like chicken, they were not cooked in their according sauce (as ordered). The fries were NOT fresh and very soggy. The milkshake I ordered tasted like straight up milk from the grocery store. I was so unsatisfied anddisappointed with this place! DONT waste your time here!!
The chicken was dry, barely had any sauce on it and the fries were cold and soggy as if they weren’t even cooked! Plus i paid extra for cheese and they didn’t add it to my food.I had placed pick up order online so they give you your order in a stapled brown bag so once i checked my food it was too late since we had already left.I definitely do not recommend coming here! Definitely not worth paying over $12 for some frozen/ flavorless chicken and fries.
Whoever is taking orders needs to do better. I ordered my food and waited for 15 minutes and I see he's packaging orders and putting them on a shelf next to the register. Another customer comes up and asks if her order was ready and to her surprise it was he didn't call her order nothing or nothing. So her food was just sitting there getting cold and he did the same to mine that is not okay.
