We were in Edmonton for work and noticed the unusual name while driving by so we stopped in.I had "The Option" and it was absolutely amazing, crunchy and juicy with gooey cheese inside.My co-worker had "The Vatican" and said it was the best burger he ever tasted.We also tried "The Vatican on Ice" (two grilled cheese sandwiches with ice cream between them) thinking it would be terrible but it was fantastically delicious!The fries were unremarkable (they use yellow potatoes which never get crispy) as was the gravy but this place is all about the burgers anyway.We will definitely eat here again.
I've here nothing but good things about the burger priest and my dad loves hamburgers so I thought I would take him for one. He ordered a cheeseburger and it was a size for a child's burger. For $6.99 we should have gone somewhere for $1.49 I ordered a cheese burger and chilli fries. I liked my burger and had 1 bite of my $6.29 chilli fries and threw them in the garbage. My husband had a double burger and fries. Threw his fries out and said he wouldn't have fed our dog his hamburger. I'm sorry this was our first and last time to the burger priest.
I felt sick after eating here. The restaurant was kind of gross. The floor was really sticky with bits of food all over, it was obvious it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. All of the tables needed to be cleaned. They didn't seem to take celiac seriously, the person behind the counter rolled her eyes when I let her know I had celiac. The south end location seems to be a lot better.
PHENOMINAL BURGER AND BUN I had to ask if the bun they gave me was GF as it was perfect!!!! I inhaled the Double OG Burger. Best burger I’ve eaten since being diagnosed Celiac. Not sure about safety, but this burger might even be worth a light poisoning from cross contamination lol.

My wife and I went looking for a place to eat for lunch. We came across The Burger Priest and decided to try it. The hamburger was fresh and the cut fries were delicious. I loved the Prodigal Son message on the wall. I will definitely go back.
Visited South Common location. Very friendly/knowledgeable staff. Separate Fryer for GF fries. Gravy is GF for poutine. GF bun on OG cheeseburger which was really delicious. Chance cross contamination for milkshake but I felt fine.
They have the best gluten free buns, I am a sensitive celiac and they do their best to make sure there is no cross contamination. Highly recommended.
We had a two great burgers at this restaurant. I found that the prices were a bit steep for a restaurant like this.

The burgers here are amazing. I love it. Top notch! Seating is a little harsh but they go hard on the church theme.
Just got glutened there. Think they mixed up the GF burger with regular order.
