So effing good! This place has amazing sandwiches (not great for a vegan place, straight up cravable, moth watering sandwiches . Probably the best sandwiches I've ever had (and I'm a foodie! . The portions are very generous, as is the texture and bold flavors! They have a beautiful back patio with plenty of outdoor seating surrounded by roses. Pictured here is the Jalapeño business, I also loved their buffalo chicken sandwich. Their vegan bacon actually tastes like bacon! When those meat cravings strike, this place definitely hit the spot. Must try! Best of Berkeley vegan restaurants

Originally got the Buffalo fried chicken. The sauce was awesome but the patty was a little bit too heavy and bread like and I personally didn’t like the bacon. The staff were so helpful and friendly though and offered another recommendation so I got the chicken fried tofu with jackfruit instead of tofu. This was an amazing combination and the sandwich was so good! Love the overall vibe and the super welcoming atmosphere will definitely be back. There are also not many places that offer vegan pancakes excited to come back and try those!

Hello everyone, hope this review helps. My girlfriend and I spent the morning at grey whale cove just relaxing at the beach. We got hungry and my GF suggested on going to TBS. I've never been there before and I must say that the food is mighty tasty. I got the Chicken Parm sandwich with garlic fries and my GF got the A1 Steak and Potatoes with a Cesar salad. Everything is vegan so it's good for your health. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. When I'm in town I'll pass by again.

After hearing about this point from my vegan friends for some time now and it was not disappointed! They moved to the right to only a fantastic location with a beautiful community backyard. Buffalo chicken sandwich is a MUST try one of the best vegan patties! We also got the lemon chicken wolf, which was like gyro style meat in a ciabatta and that was also quite good. Overall an amazing vegan experience, v east bay vibes
