I am a great fan of the event evenings of the core arranged and the juice and yoga retreat in marbella is not to be missed. eating is always good and I am a convertor to daily juicing for living. it is about the health and the owner kris is only too happy to talk about his experiences and health benefits of eating raw food and juicing. friendly team and it is a cool atmosphere in the inner, during the Covid_19 pandemic, they have created collection and supplies of food and juices and even fruit and vegetables boxes. a must visit when they are in swindon.

this place concentrates on juice and smoothies, which are usually sold to remove, in plastic cups with plastic straws. they also sell a lot of seeds in small plastic containers, even if they eat. Despite the image they translate as thema health food, they do not seem to store something organic. they offer programs,' where they buy juices for a series of days, which should somehow meet their nutritional needs, if of course a quantity of healthy parts of the fruit/gift like the fiber in the skin just bind. doesn't sound like a great idea for me.

we needed a place to stop for an early break between bristol and chippie and this showed up. great friendly service, tasty beans and gluten-free pancakes that were so light, I would have made a second stack and a series of vegetable milk coffees and smoothies to satisfy our thirst. all vegetarian options adaptable to vegan.

the smoothie shells are always beautiful and beautiful presented, they have a very wide range of juices and smoothies. only con is that the service is very slow, so are warned when they are in a hurry

Pretty good. Not my first choice for a light snack in the afternoon but good I guess.
