I went to this restaurant to grab a cup of coffee. The atmosphere was well decorated and there was a store attached to it selling beautiful items. They also offer food with sit-down service. Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the coffee. I ordered a decaf Americano with two or three shots of decaf espresso and hot water, but they did not add enough shots, making it too watery and weak. I cannot comment on the food as we did not try it, but I did not see any gluten-free options on the menu.
Love this place! We absolutely love the blueberry basil panini here, and the apple / goat cheese packaging we got last time was also so good. Also the coffees/tea are great, and the tea is particularly cool because it comes in a small pot with sugar and other fixations. The servers and cashiers are so beautiful and super sweet. You order in front and then bring your food to any table you sit on. The mission is also super cool, making this place even bigger. 10/10 recommend!
You have to visit this place!!! If you enjoy delicious food and a cheerful atmosphere, this is a spot you must visit!!! The energy and ambiance here are fantastic! The shop is great and the cafe is cozy! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our breakfast was amazing. The avocado toast alone is worth a visit to Nashville; it was served on a tasty and hearty wheat toast with perfectly pickled onions, and my additional egg was cooked perfectly.

I love everything about this place! Customer service was excellent. It has a real farm to feel fork. The food was really good. I will say the tea is really strong fast, as it keeps the leaves shed micro-gloss in the pot) so my second cup was too strong. You can say that this put a place with a lot of importance in it, they have a herbal garden back, and a gift shop. The gift shop is full of handmade goods that support food causes
This establishment is not friendly at all to food allergies. As a repeat customer, they refused to substitute dairy and gluten for anything else saying that food costs increase for other items. However, no gluten-free or dairy-free substitute was offered, or probably available. They get to keep the ingredients that I paid for! Good for Thistle. I won't be back! Good luck.
My neighbor and friend held a birthday tea party for me. What a wonderful afternoon Tammy, our server, was friendly and knowledgeable and entertaining with their southern personality. The food and presentation was delicious and delightful and as Miss “Diva” Donna sang Happy Birthday to me, that was the veneration on the birthday cake, so to speak. Can't wait to go back!
“Love Heals Every Body”. That statement permeates throughout the café and attached retail store. We had such good food-biscuits, eggs, cheese grits and the cake! The almond cake was so rich and flavorful we didn’t want to see it go. So, go, meet the people, sit, enjoy the food, knowing you will be supporting Love that Heals.

I love the food. I love the lavender latte. I love their cheese grits, and their chia pudding with fresh fruit, granola and honey drizzle, and their almond butter on toast. I love their cause. But most of all, I love the kind people who work there.
Everything is delicious. We just stopped in super randomly...closest place to grab lunch. I had the butternut squash lasagna w pesto salad... he had the egg salad sandwich... Not overly salted...full of flavor... comfy. Awesome.
