Time seems to be suspended, in a good way, whenever I go there. The last time I went, they were already full so had to take away. They offer a variety of coffee beans to buy. Need to retrieve in my archive old pictures. I definitely recommend this place for their coffee. It isn't your typical Parisian coffee place and they are centrally located and you can easily reach out other vibrant places nearby such as ile de la cité, rue du pont st philippe, rue des rosiers, etc.

Coffee is really good (though very expensive), but the staff is just really, really unfriendly. I’ve been going there for a few years and always tells myself that coffee is too good to care about the general unfriendly atmosphere, but today I just gave up… after being answered “well it’s not my problem” when I highlighted that I had brought my own coffee mug to avoid using disposable cups so that serving it in a cup for me to then pour it in my mug defeated the purpose…

Would love to give this place 5 stars, but decided to deduct one because of the self-service. Here, you order at one counter and pick up your order at another counter, and you have to carry your tray to your seat. It shouldn’t be any problem normally, but the café’s floor isn’t flat. There’re steps. So, you have to be very careful. Nevertheless, the matcha I had was very nice. I was pretty sure it had teeny tiny bits of coconut and ginger in it. Interesting!

The smell of roasting beans is enough to draw passersby through the door. Once inside the friendly staff welcomes you. Their delightful drinks and delicious treats are delectable. Always a lovely stop. Put your laptop away and talk :

A perfectly quiet cafe to spend the afternoon and read. The ambience is rustic/vintage and there weren’t many tourists. We ordered a latte and a cappuccino. Despite having latte as my usual go-to, the cappuccino here was my favorite!

Great espresso (3€ . The bean blend changes daily so you have a reason to come back. Cozy seating in a very central spot. Really nice coffee shop. They also have a coffee roast and sell their own beans (avg. 13€/250 gr.

Great coffee and other drinks. Plenty of gluten free cake/cookie options as well! Nice place to spend a couple hours working (but no laptops on the weekend remember! . In the pic, an iced/blended decaf mocha.

Great place to have coffee and buy some whole beans to take home. Have only tried the Kouoptamo so far. It's wonderful, I love it. Thank you for the suggestion. Can't wait to try the other one.

The coffee was great and the orange juice too. however the cups of coffee wasn’t clean at all you can see it’s by the picture. Also, the croissant burnt from bottom. The lemon cake was good
