Dropped on The Canon on the second day of our week in Bath and went in every day after that. Can't really comment on the food we only had a sandwich a couple of dinner times (it was ok). The choice of beer though was excellent, from Beavertown to Lillie cider, Brewdog and more, it really was very good. There's seating outside with umbrellas and plenty inside with comfy chairs. TV screens scattered about for sport. We came in dinner times and a couple of early evenings which were relatively quiet, I would expect it to get very busy though at peak times. The guys behind the bar were efficient and friendly.
We pick up group customers at noon and use the sports bar in the evening. It has a very young atmosphere. The national dish is fish and chips and various sauces. It is simple and delicious. The young service staff are also young and energetic. It's just that the toilet is old, but we shouldn't care about drunken guests going to the toilet at night.
A fantastic spot to spend the afternoon watching the 6 nations. Although packed, the app worked really well. Would be good to be able to order from the app if you’ve paid a deposit as it avoids a queue at the bar. Friendly staff, good pub grub and fairly priced.
I recently enjoyed a bottomless brunch at this restaurant. The selection on both the food and cocktail menus was impressive. I had a great time and would definitely come back. It exceeded my expectations, even compared to Turtle Bay!

Staff were really great. Food was disappointing, particularly the piri piri chicken. No salad bowls available and each plate was lucky to have 10 chips. The pizza was good.
What a lovely evening playing pool! Haven't had a drink in the Canon since it was a night club great atmosphere will look forward to eating there
Went into watch utd v Spurs with couple of friends, 2 all draw! Guinness's were perfect all around, will visit bk very soon

We have eaten served by only one person and there was a group of 40. Slow, cold food... Not good.
Well priced pints, all the footy and a good darts and pool table. Great atmosphere as well
