The Capital Grille Las Vegas

Last minute reservation for our party of ladies who had just met at a conference. The environment was inviting, service was excellent and personalized to our group. Our server was professional and fun tailoring her service to meet our personalities. Food was as expected…delicious and perfect. I had the sea bass. The salmon Oscar was phenom. But my favorite had to be the crème brûlé…. So yummy perfect way to end our late dinner and eve. Looks forward to returning at next visit

Charles, our server was absolutely charming and very professional. I even asked how long he had worked there. years and represents your establishment well. Because of him, I have already recommended Capital Grille to others and will request his section when I return. The food was amazing

Scott, our waiter was fantastic. He offered several suggestions and was very attentive. Filet was perfect and the calamari with those peppers...gave it a little exciting heat! And that strip view! Exceptional experience
