The Captain's Cove

The waitress was great but the food was awful. My wife couldn't eat the fish. She complained to the waitress and she tried to get it taken care of. The management was rude, didn't offer to refund the money for her full plate of fish that she didn't even eat after taste testing it. Once we checked out the management and her daughter gave us dirty looks as if we were the problem and not them. They didn't refund anything so we will not be back at this place ever again. I'm in town on Government Business with the FEMA,GEMA guys and this was the only bad report I have for La Grange. Everything else besides Captains Cove was great.

My husband and I stumbled over the Captains Cove looking for another restaurant, but after our good meal and good service we were very happy. We had the Sunday special that was more than enough food. The price was amazing. The service was great. We're not from LaGrange, but I'm sure we're going back when we're back in the area. Thanks for a great lunch and a great service!!!

Do not eat here, the woman that runs the restaurant is rude. They will put a tip on your bill. They will add on charges and you have to have them all taken off. They can 't add or just count on you not paying attention. When you bring it to their attention they will tell you You are being picky . No, you are being dishonest.

My husband and I eat here often! The Crab Au Gratin is delicious. The steak is always delicious and cooked perfectly. We enjoy our meals at Captain's Cove very much and I often recommend it to my friends.

The food was delicious. And the service was excellent. The price was very reasonable. Dining area could update a little, but overall excellent and xperoence.
