The Carpenters Arms

we stopped here to meet friends and went for a long walk through the local wooded areas. we came back to the pub and sat for drinks in the gardens. in the pub there is a great selection of beer and spirituosen and the staff is very helpful and friendly. there is a large area for the restaurant, and the food served is very beautifully viewed. all in a beautiful pub in a beautiful opposite.

this beautiful pub was recommended by several people and my partner and I finally visited. the personal was charming, wein good, but I can't comment on beer as I was just driving on soft drinks. menu appears to give a venue a cut above its average gastropub, so we go back and eat there briefly, then I can update this review.

We met friends here as it was half way between both of us and we had a really good experience. The food was delicious. We especially liked the pork belly bites and the smoked garlic hummus and flat bread.

had the best Sunday roast for years! excellent meal with beautifully cooked vegetables. beautiful pub where they like dogs and also spoil them! friendly professional staff. we're coming back!
