Called in here for the first time. Came through the lounge/restaurant which was very busy, which is always a good sign. We were just looking to have a drink so we were shown into the Bar area. It was clean enough looking and the staff were very friendly. The only complaint that we had was, there were 3 men and one woman in and the language from two of the men was absolutely ridiculous. Every second word began with F. I know its a bar but it was not a pleasant visit. Was enough to put you off visiting again. May try the restaurant though if we are in Jedburgh again. Price per person: £1–10
Don't miss the Fish and chips. As for Sunday Roast, the meat is very soft. I recommend it. Following the reviews, the food is very delicious, especially the fish and chips.
