I booked reservations for valentines day with my girl friend. Upon arrival there was a small handful of open tables inside. We were instructed to seat ourselves. After sitting for a few minutes there was another couple that sat next to our table, who immediately received a pleasant greeting, menus, and champagne. The waiters finally got us the same when the couple awkwardly looked at out table that was missing everything they had. ordered food and wine and that part was great. The food was much more complex in flavors than I expected, with most items being hand made on site. The service was excellent and the owner was very accommodating in providing extra appetizers with our meal. At the end of the meal, we were also given complimentary dessert wines, which were excellent. The wine list is extensive and provides just about anything you could possibly want. We were so impressed with this restaurant that we are in he process of planning a department lunch here in May.

The high quality food and fantastic service makes Cask such a great restaurant! Absolutely my new fav! The homemade flatbreads are incredible!
