Food wasn't amazing, must have been short staffed as most of the tables sat with used dishes on for most of our visit until we got desserts. I ordered the bannoffee cheesecake for dessert and it was topped with a blackened banana, quite off-putting. We ordered our food on the app yet when certain parts of the meal weren't in stock we weren't advised until the food was served. Sides weren't worth the money. Food was bland, there were four of us and out of the mains, sides and desserts the only food that looked and tasted nice were the chicken fajitas. Great place for drinks but wouldn't go again for food.
Visited for some food and was very disappointed. I ordered fish and chips which they didn't have so I settled for scampi which should be a safe bet but was dry and tasteless. My wife had chilli con carne which was so runny it looked like soup and again had no taste. The beer was and the facilities are fine but the food is so bad that I will not be going back in a rush. My advice is there's lots of better places to spend your well earned money. I won't be going back soon.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the beer is reasonably priced at £3.50 for a pint. Our pool team (Penny Black) was defeated by their team, but it was a pleasure playing against them. The guys were friendly and we had a great time. On 13/09/2022, we went to play against their B team and they still provided an amazing spread. The chicken wings and mozzarella sticks were fantastic, and we always enjoy coming here.
the first time in the centenary in the old and all I can say is excellent, from the arrival to the departure the staff and the service was top notch. the meals were hot and appetizing and they quickly arrived and served by cheerful employees. I would definitely go back to the centenary and would recommend going here for a nice pub meal.

Called in for tea, just myself and partner. Ordered our food on arrival, but was disappointed to have to wait an hour before it was served. We don’t mind a reasonable wait, but I think an hour for two quite simple meals was unacceptable, especially in this heat!
good food with choice. the pub has different areas in its open plan format, so that they can avoid children or have them with them. the table app is useful. only the problem is a waiting time. some interesting Sizzling dishes served near us.
We come to this restaurant every Monday for our tea. The service is quick and excellent. The staff is always willing to assist and the food tastes far superior compared to other pubs in the same brand in this lively atmosphere.
it is what it eats, nothing really fantastic, needs a real Sunday lunch menu that it lacks definitiw and I think could make a fortune.

Breakfast was well cooked and excellent vfm. It was 10.00am. Quiet but fine. First coffee was like warm. Second one lovely and hot.
Very busy on a Friday tea time. Would have booked a table. Lovely food
