The Cheesecake Factory

Had a $25 gift card, so I took my daughter and granddaughter to lunch. Even with the gift card and my granddaughter ordering from the kid's menu, I had to shell out a lot to make up the total. I ordered from the lite menu, and they aren't kidding when they say lite. It was a flauta, as in one tortilla stuffed with chicken, cut into 4 pieces, and decorated rather nicely so you don't notice how little actual food is on the tiny plate. That's not lunch, folks, that's a snack. I would have been left somewhat hungry, but my daughter and I split a piece of the supposedly low carb cheesecake, that I found out later really wasn't. After a long day, I decided to visit the Cheesecake Factory. To be honest, this isn't my first time there, but for some strange reason, they were out of several appetizers. My husband opted for a hot fudge sundae since it was scorching hot in Iowa, and who wouldn't want to indulge in ice cream? I chose the lunch special fettuccine Alfredo but substituted it with Louisiana chicken. While the pasta was decent, I was disappointed with the chicken, which I wished had more flavor. However, we ordered the chicken taquitos, and those were consistently delicious. The restaurant is located near the mall, providing plenty of parking. The restaurant is always bustling, and there’s usually a long wait, but I can't resist ordering the chicken piccata—it's the best dish on the menu! The service and quality are consistently excellent. I enjoy sampling different desserts each visit, and I especially love the cookie dough cheesecake and tiramisu.

The food was okay and our waiter was outstanding. I was disappointed we had to wait for so long and keep following up with the hostess even though we had a reservation. Especially since when we got inside there were a lot of open tables and remained so for a while, while we were there. Reserva una mesa ahora

Cheesecake Factory is normally good and our waiter was trying his best, but slow service, out of many items (normal ice tea and even ice! made dinner a trying experience. We will try again the next time we come through town in our travels, but tonight was a huge miss!

It is a good place, like the other restaurants on this chain. I have been there so many times, and it is always so incredibly busy that service gets slow. Even for a glass of wine it takes time to be served. Be patient if you really want to eat there.

The server accidentally spilled a drink on the table, brought out a raw hamburger, and the avocados were brown instead of the expected bright green. The manager didn't do much to address these problems. I would not recommend this restaurant.

First no olive oil and parmesan was offered with the bread. Miso salmon burnt--dry. Strawberry shortcake dry as a bone. Long , long wait for meals to be served. very expensive for below average food Reserva una mesa ahora

The food was amazing and there are options for everyone! It is a little pricey but traveling through town it was worth the stop. Would come again!

Factory Turkey Burger juicy and delicious with side salad (with vinaigrette. Perfect.
