As for service, I give it 3 stars. It seems that whenever we visit – which is usually just once a year, often over New Year's weekend – the servers and host staff are friendly but clearly overwhelmed. We often feel like the service is lacking; for instance, we rarely get our water refilled. I wonder if they'd leave a pitcher if we asked? The atmosphere also gets a 3-star rating. It's usually quite loud and bustling, but the music is soothing and helps set a pleasant tone. The food was enjoyable, but I have two concerns. When we were seated, the waitress informed us that they were out of bread and it would take some time to replenish. Since we had a large party and arrived quite hungry, this was disappointing. Although we ordered appetizers, they also took a while to arrive. If they were aware that the bread would take a long time, they should have offered us an alternative. Additionally, the bathroom was not clean, which was another downside to our experience.

Since the pandemic, the service has significantly deteriorated. The food isn't well-prepared and often arrives cold. I ordered the Cajun Jambalaya, and it looked unappetizing and was served cold. The avocado egg rolls I tried were also disappointing. I have no intention of returning to The Cheesecake Factory.

The Cajun Jambalaya, Pasta with Chicken Madeira, and Steak Diane were all outstanding. The Hot Spinach and Cheese Dip was a delightful appetizer, and the Whole Wheat Loaf was a perfect complement to the meal. The delivery was quick and everything was well-packaged. All the utensils were provided, and the experience was fantastic. The avocado tacos are small but incredibly flavorful, and the Pineapple Upside-Down Cheesecake is a must-try. Overall, everything was excellent!

Took my bestfriend for the first time ever and also their first old fashion from the bar great expierence it was very loud and it got dark at a random but overall a good expierence

This restaurant it's clean, friendly staff. Food delicious. Definitely recommend coming here to eat at a nice restaurant.

Can't miss with cheesecake and coffee, although the coffee was pretty weak.
