My girl and I thought to eat at this location and had a less then impressive experience. We were sat really fast, looked at the menu, ordered?. And everything we ordered they were out of or the server went to put in the order and came back and said theywere out. Five minutes in to actually having an order placed the server goes on break. While on break an item we ordered wasthen said to be out?. When our server returned from break her ignored our table. The food we did get was not great and way tooexpensive for this dining experience! I understand the server can?t control the kitchen but to then be ignored me and notapologetic was not how it should?ve been handled. We were also never offered...
My son decided to take me for the 1st time to The Cheesecake Factory for Mother 's Day. What a total DISSAPOINMENT ALMOST 2HRS WAITIND FOR A TIME FOR 5. WE CALLED AFTER WAITING DOR 1HR CAUSE THAT 'S WHAT THE LADY AT THE DESK TOLD MY SON THE WAITING TIME WAS N IT WAS A TOTAL LIE!!! PEOPLE THAT GOT THERE AFTER US WERE ALREADY SEATED WHEN I decided to go see. I got really disappointed this people think we have there time or maybe they thought we wanted a discount like no thanx. Maybe next time Cindy the GM can do much Better with her staff. Never again will I be going to this unprofesional place.
Went in on Mother's Day which i usually don't. The wait was around 20 min's. Tony thehost was graet greeted us with a smile then tony was our waiter he did great. Checked on us to make sure everything was great. Tony went on break introduced us to the person that would assist us while he was on break. No problem. He came back from break checked on is andthe food was great good portions enough to take home. It was brunch but we will be returning for dinner.
This way my first time going to The Cheesecake Factory and if was the business. I was treated to a promotion celebration for one of my Aunts coworker. The food looked good tasted good. The service was awesome. They were very polite and attentive. Can't waitto go back. Imma try to hit happy hour (wink wink). I do recommend and I will return.

The restaurant offered ample seating and had a great atmosphere. Parking was convenient, with plenty of spaces available out front. Wheelchair accessibility was also excellent, making it easy for those using wheelchairs to access the venue.
I have the pineapple chicken with Shimps with sweet and slighly spicy sauce, the dought on then not so good, old or dougly. 3hrs later got so sick, big tommy ache, al.ost go to ER. appetizer avicado wrap excellent.
The food was great. However, I had to wait an astonishing 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seated today, which was a bit frustrating. On a positive note, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
I visit this place on weekends to get cheesecake to go. There are so many flavors to choose from, so it's best to go prepared. Take a look at their menu before you head out!

Although the hostess came off as rude , our waiter was very attentive and nice. Food was great and so was the cheesecake ?.
