This restaurant is located in a busy area, but we were seated relatively quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant, situated inside a mall in a nice neighborhood. Finding parking was somewhat challenging due to the large crowd. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing and didn't live up to my expectations. The initial wait to get seated was 1 hour and 20 minutes, followed by another 15 minutes to receive our drinks. Our waitress was excellent. The appetizers arrived in about 20 minutes, but the main courses took an hour. There were significant delays among the four of us, with at least a 20-minute gap between when the first dish was served and when everyone else's food came out. My son ordered a cheeseburger and fries, but they arrived completely cold and had to be sent back. I chose the Hibachi Steak with wasabi mashed potatoes, and unfortunately, it was swimming in oil and just not to my liking. On the other hand, my wife ordered the flatbread pizza and absolutely loved it.
Fantastic cakes, lots of options. Don't watch calories while you are here. A slice of cake can take care of the calories for the whole day. Fine dining seems to be very popular here. Expect good waiting time for the fine dining. We opted for takeaway. Noegg-less cakes, so I couldn't have one. My family and friends enjoyed the pastries and cake immensely. I hope they will addeggless cakes soon to their menu.
This restaurant is a great choice for lunch! My sister and I were looking for a quick bite after our shopping trip today. Our server, Eric, was exceptional; he remembered that I prefer my salmon rare from our visit a few months back. The food was delightful, and the atmosphere was lively and creative, which is typical of the West County area. I definitely recommend the Cheesecake Factory at the Galleria!

We had a lovely and charming server! The food was excellent and the portion sizes were generous. The only downside was that it felt a bit too dark inside for lunchtime; I would have preferred more natural light. Additionally, the air conditioning could have been cooler, and there was hardly any soap in the restroom, as the dispenser was broken and loose.
Usually, we absolutely love The Cheesecake Factory, but lately our experiences have been disappointing. We've encountered excessively long waits, forgotten orders, and inattentive service. I understand that staffing challenges are widespread, unfortunately. Despite this, the menu remains diverse and appealing.
We celebrated a birthday, and it was a fantastic experience! The appetizer lunch was superb, and our waiter was wonderful. To our surprise, our meal ended up being free! The customers sitting next to us secretly paid for our meal, and we are very grateful for their kindness!
This place is absolutely incredible! It’s like walking into an ancient wonder, such as the pyramids, and the food is outstanding. I give it a full five-star rating in every aspect!

The Filet Mignon was truly outstanding. I sat at the bar, and the female bartender was exceptionally friendly.
$11 for a slice of cheesecake is a bit excessive, but it’s definitely delicious.
