The Cheesecake Factory

We arrived at 7 pm for dinner without reservations on a Friday. We were quickly seated, followed by our server with menus. I oreded the Chinese chicken salad, and my wife ordered the club sandwich. Our server returned with our dinner and informed us that she was going on break and that another gentleman that was present would be our server. He immediately asked to refill my soda. He came straight back with a filled soda. My salad looked very good and the dressing was on the lighter side. The salad tasted very good, and the crunchy bites gave the salad that snap. We often go to Cheesecake Factory and the food is always amazing. Tonight we also were served be a very polite, efficient and friendly waiter. He understood and help us with the order, and even when the kitchen did a mistake he apologized, even if it wasn’t his fault. Joshua C. was the only waiter running around and really putting effort in what he was doing. This awesome guy deserves a promotion. Thank you!

We had the best server ever! She took very good care of us and was always there at the right time. The food was amazing and she boxed up the rest to-go. First time going here and it’s not the last!

Servers were not rude, but mentally slow, uninformed, seemed uninspired /or like they couldn't care less.

We had a very pleasant lunch here. There is gluten-free available but you have to ask for it
